Iasi-Apartment.com is your alternative choice in terms of accommodation when coming to Iasi. Still, you should know, before staying in an apartment, what to expect for what you pay. It's simply fair and we are listing the disadvantages as well :)
Advantages of renting short-term apartments (in Iasi or elsewhere) comparing to hotels and guesthouses:
- Space: a studio or apartment provides more space than the equivalent of a hotel or guesthouse room.
- Comfort: as a result of more space, you will not have the feeling of "living in a box “.
- Facilities – here is a big one: Apartments have kitchens (nothing new :) ) and you will not find them in hotel rooms. It is true, some hotels have tea/ coffee making facilities in the room and some guesthouses have a common kitchen but a fully equipped kitchen ready for self-catering makes all difference.
- Personality: Apartments are made to be a “ home away from home “ with care taken to details – this reflects in decorations, layout, colors etc
- Price: No doubt this a real deal: short-term apartment prices are significantly lower than hotels.
- Location: all apzartments are in the city center
Disadvantages of renting – short term apartments:
- No 24 Reception: unlike hotels, our apartments do not have a dedicated reception desk. However, should it be the case where assistance is needed we are “ on call “ 24 hours.
- Locations: the apartments are usually at minutes from each other – still not in the same building – this can be a disadvantage in case of a group or a large Family. Or not.
- Breakfast is not included in the apartment price – more there is no possibility for breakfast to be served since no restaurant is present. Still, you have kitchen facilities and your breakfast will be cheaper if cooked inhouse.
- Check-in and check-out formalities: since there is no dedicated reception, once a reservation is confirmed, we will need to set up a meeting point in order to give you the keys and take you to the apartment. You can also avail of our airport/ train station – free for stays over 7 days.
